MONDAY 17TH JANUARY, 2025

TEXT: Daniel 3:16-18

[16]Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter.

[17]If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king.

[18]But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.

TOPIC: WHEN SERVING GOD PUT YOU INTO TROUBLE (1)

       God demand loyalty and commitment from his people especially in critical times. It is easier to identify as a Christian when the going is good but hard when the going gets tough. It is in critical tines that our loyalty is being tested if truly we are believers.The three Hebrews were highly placed in the Government of Babylon. They did not hide their faith in the God of the Hebrews that it caught the attention of others that they did not bow to baal.

            They risked loosing their well paid jobs, exalted positions and above all their lives. They insisted on not bowing even if their God will not save them. There are so many baals of corruption, sexual immorality, monetary fraud that will test our allegiance and loyalty to Christ. Will you bow to them or remain loyal to your God. Remaining loyal may cost you your job, possessions or your life. Are you willing to stay steadfast in Christ and sacrifice worldly profits for heavenly gains.

Prayer: Father help me not to sacrifice my eternal rewards for worldly gains in Jesus name.

TOPIC: THE LORD IS IN HIS SANCTUARY (3)            The presence of God makes a difference between a church and any other place. In God’s presence there is peace, deliverance, and fullness of Joy. In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God. No one can come to God’s presence and return empty handed.          Many a times when people come to church without experiencing a touch, it is because they do not come with expectations of receiving from God. Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
