 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD WEDNESDAY 1ST DECEMBER,2021 TEXT: ACTS 27: 21-25 KEY VERSE: Acts 27:22  And now I exhort you to be of good cheer: for there shall be no loss of any man's life among you, but of the ship. TOPIC: THERE SHALL NOT BE LOSS OF LIVES           God is committed to save all his children from danger. He will do all to ensure they arrive their destinations safely. The safety of all believers is paramount to him.          Paul had a premonition that their voyage might end in danger and suggested that they should stop because there was evil ahead. The pilot of the ship did not listen to him because he was a prisoner but rather listen to the centurion and owner of the ship. In a little while there was a windstorm, it was terrific and had to lighten the ship by throwing some of their loads out. They thought it was all over but Paul stood up again and assured them of safety even though they had been disobedient to God's words but they would be saved if they abode in the

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SUNDAY 28TH NOVEMBER 2021 TEXT: LUKE 5: 1-9 KEY VERSE: Luke 5:4  Now when he had left speaking, he said unto Simon, Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught. TOPIC: DIVINE INSTRUCTION (7)     Divine instructions are usually precede divine intervention. Intervention of God into a situation usually comes in a form of instructions which our adherence to it will determine whether there shall be miracle or not.      A carpenter told a professional Fisherman to launch out the net during the day when chances of getting fishes are zero. Peter explained to him in a way that would make him realized that what he asked him to do was not realistic but eventually he followed his command. The result was an overwhelming harvest.     What has been God's instruction for you? Are you doubting if it will work out fine ? Just hold God for his word and you will have peace and fulfilment in your walk with him. Prayer: I receive grace to hold God for his word

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 27TH NOVEMBER 2021 TEXT: 1KINGS 17: 1-9 KEY VERSE: 1st Kings 17:5 So he went and did according unto the word of the Lord : for he went and dwelt by the brook Cherith, that is before Jordan. TOPIC: DIVINE INSTRUCTION (6)            Divine instruction usually precede divine provision. Before your needs can be miraculously met, you have to look up on to God for instructions on what to do.                     Elijah was in a difficult situation, there was famine in the land, nowhere he could turn to for help but on two different scenarios God gave him instructions on what to do even though the instructions did not make sense. He followed the instructions and for three years his immediate needs were miraculously met.                    Are you in a dilemma? Are you on a tight end? God is able to make a way for you for where there seems to be no way only if you can trust him for divine instructions and be willing to follow the instructions to the letter. Pray

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD FRIDAY 26TH NOVEMBER 2021 TEXT: JUDGES 7: 1-8 KEY VERSE: Judges 7:7  And the Lord said unto Gideon, By the three hundred men that lapped will I save you, and deliver the Midianites into thine hand: and let all the other people go every man unto his place. TOPIC: DIVINE INSTRUCTION (5)     God's ways of doing things are different from ours and it pays to always align our plans with his ways. Human strategies may fail but God's strategies done in God's own ways cannot fail      Gideon raised thirty two thousand soldiers to wage war against the Midianites who had oppressed them for forty years. The number of the army was  great enough to expect victory but God instructed Gideon that the number of his army were too much and if they won the battle, they would think it was by their strength and number. This was a difficult task, the army was reduced to three hundred to fight thousands of Midianites army and at three hundred God was pleased to fight on thei

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD THURSDAY 25TH NOVEMBER 2021 TEXT: GENESIS 12: 1-5 KEY VERSE: Genesis 12:1  Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee: TOPIC: DIVINE INSTRUCTION (4) Divine instruction is to obey God when it is not convenient for you. It is simply submitting to the will of God. It is not always easy but it pays in the end.  Abraham was in his comfort zone. He was wealthy and everything was going well with him. God instructed him to leave and he left without questioning God. He believed God for his word and God rewarded him greatly beyond he could ever imagined. At Cannan, God made him the father of nations and till today he was still relevant.   God is a rewarder of those that diligently follow his instructions. God's instructions are not always easy or convenient but there is joy in following it. God does not fail anyone and when he is set to make someone a blessing

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD WEDNESDAY 24TH NOVEMBER 2021 TEXT: 2 KINGS 5:1-13 KEY VERSE: 2nd Kings 5:10  And Elisha sent a messenger unto him, saying, Go and wash in Jordan seven times, and thy flesh shall come again to thee, and thou shalt be clean. TOPIC: DIVINE INSTRUCTION (3) Instructions from God to us at times get us irritated and we feel like it cannot work by doubting them. Instructions from God hardly appeal to our intellect but in it lies life if we obey.  Naaman, the General of Syria army was sick, he was referred to Elisha and his expectations was the prophet will do something great by laying his hands on him or gave him something to use that would clear his leprous disease. He was shocked with Elisha's approach, he did not even come out to see him but sent his messenger to deliver him the message. This was enough embarrassment for his personality and to crown it all, he said he should go and wash in a common Jordan river that Dick and Harry had access to. He felt disgraced

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD TUESDAY 23RD NOVEMBER 2021 TEXT: Matthew 2:13  And when they were departed, behold, the angel of the Lord appeareth to Joseph in a dream, saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and flee into Egypt, and be thou there until I bring thee word: for Herod will seek the young child to destroy him. TOPIC: DIVINE INSTRUCTION (2)      Divine instruction is one of the God's own peculiar method of preserving and protect his own from imminent danger.       Herod was on killing spree in his attempt to kill Jesus the rising star. God who knows the heart of men had appeared to Joseph in the dream to flee from where they were to Egypt. He obeyed the instruction and baby Jesus was preserved.        Do not despise divine instructions or handle it with levity. Failure to heed to divine instructions is usually mar with regrets, pains, and in some cases death. Be determined to carry out all the divine instructions given to you and it shall be well with you.  DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD MONDAY 22ND NOVEMBER 2021 TEXT: John 2: 1-11 KEY VERSE: John 2:5  His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it . TOPIC: DIVINE INSTRUCTION (1)          Before elevation, there is always an instruction and without divine instructions it is difficult to fulfill God's purpose in life. Your blessings and fulfillment in life is tied to a set of divine instructions which you must adhere to.           The wine finished at the course of celebration, shame was about to set in, Mary approached her son for a miracle but Jesus told him that it was not yet time. Mary understood and told the servants to do whatever he asked them to do. Jesus instructed them to fill six water pots of stone with water. What is the relevance of water with wine? The servants did not doubt it but obeyed the instruction. The outcome was results that brought a great joy.        Divine instructions usually does not make sense and many people have missed opportunities to

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SUNDAY 21ST NOVEMBER 2021 TEXT: Rev 21:8  But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars--their place will be in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death." TOPIC: COURAGE (7)       Courage is ability to say the truth at all times without fearing the consequences. Courage is to stand out with God when others are compromising their faith because of ephemerals.           Acts of courage will earn the righteous a place in heaven. Heaven is not for those without courage. Cowards who cannot stand on their faith in Christ will find themselves in hell. Heaven is for courageous men and not people that are fearful. Prayer: I receive divine grace to courageous walk away from sins in Jesus name.

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 20TH NOVEMBER 2021 TEXT: Matthew 14:28  And Peter answered him and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water. TOPIC: COURAGE (6)              Courage is confronting your doubt and uncertainties.Peter saw Jesus walking on the sea, this was contrary to the nature, the natural response for him was to run away because a man with flesh and blood cannot walk on waters. Peter did not run away, he put on bravery and challenged Jesus that if he were the one, he should allow him to come over. Jesus was happy with his response and granted his request. Peter also walked on the water just like Jesus because he was courageous.              There is nothing that can hinder a courageous man. Nothing can limit him because he is ready to overcome all limits to his success. A courageous man is a threat to the kingdom of darkness because none of there tactics and strategies can put him on his toes. Coward die many times before their death but a courageo

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD FRIDAY 19TH NOVEMBER 2021 TEXT:2nd Samuel 23:16  And the three mighty men brake through the host of the Philistines, and drew water out of the well of Beth-lehem, that was by the gate, and took it , and brought it to David: nevertheless he would not drink thereof, but poured it out unto the Lord . TOPIC: COURAGE (5)              Courage is the ability to risk your life for a worthy cause. Courage is giving your life for others to live. Courage is going extra mile to places where others are unwilling to go.                David craved for the waters at the well of Bethlehem but unfortunately that was where the Philistines' stronghold were. Three men heard of his cravings and they went into the stronghold of Philistines to get the water from the well of Bethlehem for him. David was moved by such a courageous act, he saw the water as their blood and pour it to the ground as an honour to God whom the valour men honour in his lives. The acts of this men got their

It takes bravery to walk on when there is disaster ahead.        Moses was faced with the red sea ahead of him and the Egyptian army behind him. The Israelites had already concluded that their end has come , Moses cried on to the LORD for rescue but God simply told him to move on. This is not faith but courage.       It takes a courageous act to move on when there is inevitable danger ahead. Your courage is important before God can help you, if Moses did not move on , it would be difficult for God to dry the sea through his rod, a step of courage is usually needed before God can come

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD WEDNESDAY 17TH NOVEMBER 2021 TEXT: 1st Samuel 4:9  Be strong, and quit yourselves like men, O ye Philistines, that ye be not servants unto the Hebrews, as they have been to you: quit yourselves like men, and fight. TOPIC: COURAGE (3)         Courage is to be strong and act like men when you find yourself in a terrific situation that makes you lose confidence in your competence, skills and prowess. The Philistines found themselves in a difficult situation. They had been winning the battle and were close to victory. Suddenly the ark of God appeared, there was a thunderous shout of victory in the camp of their enemies which made the camp of Philistines to tremble with fear. A voice of courage spoke out of the camp to be strong and fight on or they would continue to be servants for Hebrews.  DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD TUESDAY 16TH NOVEMBER 2021 TEXT: Joshua 1:7  Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper whithersoever thou goest. TOPIC: COURAGE (2)         Courage is inner motivation to move on in the midst of discouragement and failures. The only solution to your fear is to confront it.        Moses the Prophet and the leader of the nation of Israel died. The whole nation was in confused state, the greatness of the nation was around this man, and they were few miles away into the promise land. God himself had to announce Moses exit and declared Joshua as the new leader. The shoes of Moses was too large for Joshua to enter. He was afraid despite being a trained fighter all his life. He knew his people and the struggles Moses had with them.       God told Joshua that he needed to be courageous if he would pro

TOPIC: COURAGE (1)          Courage is to be confident of doing things which may make one to be frightening or to be afraid. It takes courage to be successful in life because you will be face with obstacles that is enough to scare you away.           Jephthah was faced with a terrible battle. It was a battle that will determine his fate and that of his people. He consulted his fellow tribesmen but they ignored him. He took the courage and faced off the deadly Ammonites army. God saw his courage and granted him victory.  DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SUNDAY 14TH NOVEMBER 2021 TEXT: Psalms 100:4  Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. TOPIC: GRATITUDE (7)       Praise, joy, celebration are associated with the presence of God. There is fullness of joy where God is and it is difficult to enter his courts without thanksgiving.      Praising and thanking God cannot be enough. God's blessings, benefits, and goodness are new everyday. There is always a reason to praise God. We are indebted to God and one of the ways to express our gratitude to him is to thank him at all times. Prayer: Make a joyful noise to the LORD.

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 13TH NOVEMBER,2021 TEXT: 1st Samuel 2:1  And Hannah prayed, and said, My heart rejoiceth in the Lord , mine horn is exalted in the Lord : my mouth is enlarged over mine enemies; because I rejoice in thy salvation. TOPIC: GRATITUDE (6)         We can not thank God enough for his goodness, love, kindness and faithfulness. He is always there for us when all hope is lost and he is worthy of our praise.        Hannah found God's mercies, she had five children after several years of bareness. She could not hold the blessings but expressed it with gratitude, praise and songs. She acknowledged God as the one behind her smiles who took her shame and reproach away. This is worthy of emulation, she remembered her God and praised him in an uncommon way.             It is much easier to forget the source of our blessings when God blesses us but Hannah remembered God, ascribed the glory to God alone unlike some who will see such blessings as their rights and what

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD FRIDAY 12TH NOVEMBER 2021 TEXT: Exodus 15:1  Then sang Moses and the children of Israel this song unto the Lord , and spake, saying, I will sing unto the Lord , for he hath triumphed gloriously: the horse and his rider hath he thrown into the sea. TOPIC: GRATITUDE (5) God does not withhold any good thing from his people but he make all things beautiful in his own time. Answers to prayers especially a request that you have made for several years is usually welcome with joy, praise and thanksgiving.  Moses and children of God did not take the benefits of God for granted. Having spent about four hundred and thirty years in affliction. They expressed their gratitude to God in songs for giving them an uncommon victory over their enemies. Singing to God for all his benefits in our life should be an every day affair. God's faithfulness over our lives is great and new everyday.  DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD THURSDAY 11TH NOVEMBER 2021 TEXT: Job 1:21  And said, Naked came I out of my mother's womb, and naked shall I return thither: the Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord . TOPIC: GRATITUDE (4)           Our appreciation should go to God at all times. There is always at least a reason to praise God. It is easier to praise God when all is well with you but it is hard to praise God when the going is tough. Only few men will Praise God when they are in terrible situation. Job lost all in a day and he still expressed gratitude to God. God is usually move when we praise him in difficult times. In such situations he usually manifest himself in a great way beyond our expectations. God was once a human, he understand all that you are passing through presently and that is enough reason to thank him for who he is. Prayer: Appreciate God concerning that sturborn situation.

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD WEDNESDAY 10TH NOVEMBER,2021 TEXT: 2nd Samuel 6: 14- 23 KEY VERSE: 2nd Samuel 6: 16  And as the ark of the Lord came into the city of David, Michal Saul's daughter looked through a window, and saw king David leaping and dancing before the Lord ; and she despised him in her heart. TOPIC: GRATITUDE (3)           Appreciation and thanks to God is a necessity. It is a way of acknowledging that God is the owner of all we have and giver of lives who can take it without asking for our permission.          David expressed his gratitude to God for enabling him to bring the ark to the capital city where he was after more than fifty years of the departure of the ark from the temple of the Lord. The ark was the symbol of the presence of God among his people. David was happy to have the ark where he dwelled and not only that he was grateful to God for making him King despite more qualified and better candidates than him.  DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD TUESDAY 9TH OCTOBER, 2021 TEXT: LUKE 17: 11-19 KEY VERSE; Luke 17:17  And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine? TOPIC: GRATITUDE (2)            God is always happy when we appreciate his daily benefits to us. We owe him gratitude for all we have.  Jesus healed ten lepers but only one came back to say thank you. Jesus was amazed that only one leper came back to say thank you . The concern of Jesus shows that God is more concerned about how grateful we are to him for all the daily benefits we are receiving day by day.       Gratitude is an attitude we need to inculcate in our walk with God. A gratitude heart always receive blessings from God. Prayer: Father let your Spirit of gratitude posses me in Jesus name

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD MONDAY 8TH NOVEMBER, 2021 TEXT: 1st Thessalonians 5:18  In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. TOPIC: GRATITUDE (1)              God desires our praise and worship. He is to be worship for who he is and not for what we want to collect from him. God displeases a heart that does not worship or thank him for the blessings and benefits we receive from him daily.           God is faithful to all but at times we are too much focused on what he has not done for us that we forget to thank God for who he is. In all things, Give thanks to God regardless of what may happen to you, God is still God and he still deserve to be praised for who he is. Prayer: Thank God for who he is.

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SUNDAY 7TH NOVEMBER,2021 TEXT: Proverbs 20:4  The sluggard will not plow by reason of the cold; therefore shall he beg in harvest, and have nothing. TOPIC: SEASON OF HARVEST (7)            Harvest is a moment of gathering and it is a time of rejoicing especially if you are privilege to have a bountiful harvest. As some people are reaping with joy, some are also moving from one place to another begging because they chose to fold their arms while others were planting.             A lazy man always have excuses for his actions but the consequences of his actions are inevitable. To choose to sleep while others are planting is to prepare to beg when others are harvesting. The blessings of God are on diligent hands and not on lazy hands.  Prayer: I receive grace to reap abundantly where I have laboured this year in Jesus name.

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 6TH NOVEMBER,2021 TEXT: Luke 5:1-9  KEY VERSE: And when they had this done, they inclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake. TOPIC: SEASON OF HARVEST (6)              Harvest usually comes when you have done your own part. Bountiful harvest is from the LORD. No matter the techniques you apply in planting, it is only God that gives great harvest.           Peter laboured all the night but his expertise  failed him. All his efforts resulted to nothing, he was washing his nets when Jesus came to seek his permission to use his boat for the preaching of the Gospel and he permitted him without transferring aggression on him. After Jesus's preaching, he told him to put his net again in the sea. He did not ignore Jesus words but rather obeyed after making his mind known to him that he had laboured all night with nothing to show and to his surprise there were harvest of fishes to the extent that his net broke and he had to call others to help

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD FRIDAY 5TH NOVEMBER 2021 TEXT: Genesis 8:22  While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease. TOPIC: SEASON OF HARVEST (5)             Harvest is an ordained time by God. It is a season to gather and reap our efforts. It is a moment of reward. No matter what you sow, you will reap it, it is just a matter of time and when you are reaping it, it will be bountiful.          There is a covenant behind harvest and it is tied to the existence of earth. In as much earth tarries, harvest will not cease and this is enough to give us assurance,peace and rest of mind that our efforts of sowing and labouring will be compensated though it tarries, wait for it. The longer the waiting, the bigger the harvest, don't give up,your harvest is nearer than before. Prayer: Father help me to wait for the harvest you have prepared for me in Jesus name.

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD THURSDAY 4TH NOVEMBER 2021 TEXT: Psalms 126:6  He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him . TOPIC: Season of Harvest (4)          Harvest is a moment of joy and a period a farmer look up to. It is a time to profit from ones labour. Every farmer put in their best to ensure a bountiful harvest because they know there is a moment of joy coming.          Your season of harvest has come, a time to favour you for all the good deeds you have done and you will be marveled when you see the bountiful harvest that God have prepared for you. God is too faithful to fail anyone who have laboured for him faithfully. Trust in him and he will give  you results that will terminate insults. Prayer: Father let me experience your bountiful harvest in Jesus name.

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 3RD 2021 TEXT: Psalms 126:5  They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. TOPIC: SEASON OF HARVEST (3)               Harvest is the outcome of our efforts and labours. Whatever you sow is what you will reap.  If you are sleeping while others are busy cultivating, planting and sowing the seeds of diligence, when others are reaping , you may have to fold arms, watch them and be at their own mercies.            Sowing time is not a easy task, it takes months of diligence, sleepless nights and immeasurable efforts with an expectation of bountiful harvest.sowing time is a period of tears because of the process involves, it is not an easy task but when harvest comes, there is joy that exceed the pain of sowing and makes you forget all the inconveniences you have been through. Prayer: Father let my sowing ends in joy in Jesus name.

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD TUESDAY NOVEMBER 2, 2021 TEXT:John 4:35  Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest. TOPIC: SEASON OF HARVEST (2)   Harvest is a season of rest from labours and a time to gather returns and yield of ones efforts. It is a moment of joy and celebration.       Jesus told his disciples that there is no other time to go out and reach out to unsaved souls rather than now. Others have laboured but it is time for them to enter into rest. The work of salvation is completed in Christ. Jesus did it all and he has committed the task of reaching out to unsaved souls to mortal men with his Spirit in them.          The season of harvest is evident, it speak for itself. Look around there are souls dying and perishing in sin. There is no other time to go out and harvest souls for Christ rather than now. Prayer: Father send more labourers into the field in
