TEXT: Matthew 2:2

[2]Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.

TOPIC: AN UNCOMMON STAR

         The wise men from the East sought after a star they had seen because it was very unusual. They are of the belief that for every child born, there is a star, and each star in the sky stand for someone and when someone dies, the star falls off. The peculiarities of Jesus star made them left everything to search for it till it was found. The star was described as star for kings, they came with gifts to worship him. This is another mystery about his birth, pagans who are better described as astrologers in modern world saw the star and worshipped him. His birth was so significant that the whole world knew at that particular day something great was born.

      Herod was not at peace because he knew the wise men were right, instead of worshipping him, his mind was on preserving his throne and sought to kill the child. Jesus christ is a star that shines and no one can brings down. God stepped in, opened the eyes of the wise men to see the star again because their motive was to worship and not to harm him. The men were regarded as wise because of their actions. You can also choose wisdom today by seeking out Jesus today, not for anything but just to worship him for who he is. When you do, you will experience joy , peace and unspeakable favour.

Action point: The star of Jesus is not extraordinary and it demands for worship.

Prayer: worship Jesus in an uncommon way.

TOPIC: THE LORD IS IN HIS SANCTUARY (3)            The presence of God makes a difference between a church and any other place. In God’s presence there is peace, deliverance, and fullness of Joy. In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God. Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
