THURSDAY 2ND SEPTEMBER 2021

TEXT : 2 KINGS 2: 18- 22

KEY VERSE: 2Ki 2:19 

The men of the city said to Elisha, "Look, our lord, this town is well situated, as you can see, but the water is bad and the land is unproductive."

TOPIC: FRUITFULNESS (4)

 Jericho is a pleasant City, well located , good soil with wonderful oasis known as the city of palm trees. In the days of Elijah and Elisha, Jericho was a community of the prophets.

       As beautiful as the city of Jericho was , the water was bitter and cultivation was not thriving there. The land was simply unproductive. The men of the City were concerned and pleaded with Elisha to do something about it. Knowing fully well that the hand of God had rested on him. Elijah went to the spring of the water and spoke the Word of God to it. At that instant,the waters of the land was healed and the land became fruitful.

The word of God for you today is that never will you again experience unfruitfulness, unproductiveness and barreness. Your season of fruitfulness have come. If you believe rise on your feet and begin to speak fruitfulness into all areas of your life.

Prayer: You my life hear the word of God, never again shall you experience  unfruitfulness in Jesus name.

Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.

TOPIC: THE LORD IS IN HIS SANCTUARY (3)            The presence of God makes a difference between a church and any other place. In God’s presence there is peace, deliverance, and fullness of Joy. In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God. No one can come to God’s presence and return empty handed.          Many a times when people come to church without experiencing a touch, it is because they do not come with expectations of receiving from God.
