DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD

TUESDAY 24TH AUGUST,2021

TEXT: LUKE 12: 16-21

KEY VERSE: Luk 12:19

 And I'll say to myself, "You have plenty of good things laid up for many years. Take life easy; eat, drink and be merry."'

TOPIC: GREEDINESS (2)

 A greedy person is usually more concerned about himself alone without thinking of others. "If only I can get more" is usually the thought pattern of a greedy person. The end of greediness is usually sudden destruction. 

Jesus cited an example of man who was concerned about himself. He labored hard ,God blessed his efforts and instead of touching lives with the blessings he had. He was piling it up to a level that he told himself that even if he did not work again for years. He had more than enough to eat and drink. Unfortunately for him , that very day he died and could not go with all his riches.

Instead of being greedy with the things of this world. Be concerned about your home in heaven. Piling up riches have not help anyone instead touch lives with what God have blessed you with. Doing that will make you rich toward God and God will reward you with an heavenly home he has prepared for you.

Prayer: Father help me to touch lives with what you have blessed me with in Jesus name.

TOPIC: THE LORD IS IN HIS SANCTUARY (3)            The presence of God makes a difference between a church and any other place. In God’s presence there is peace, deliverance, and fullness of Joy. In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God. No one can come to God’s presence and return empty handed.          Many a times when people come to church without experiencing a touch, it is because they do not come with expectations of receiving from God. Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
