TEXT: MATTHEW 6: 22-23

Topic: Do you have a good or evil eye? 

Key verse: Matthew 6:22

The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.

   The eye is the lamp of the body without it we cannot see or know what is going on in our environment . Jesus used it as an allegory to instruct his disciples to have sharp spiritual sight so that they can see clearly what God want them to do and to see the world from his point of view. 

    Jesus is the light of the world without light , the eyes will be bad. The evil eye looks for the things of this age, the world system where Satan is god. The evil eyes prioritize pleasures and possessions of this life which will soon fly away but the good eye keep seeing the master,  laying up treasure in heaven and serving him day and night.

Prayer: Father do not allow the pleasures of this world cloud my spiritual vision in Jesus name.

Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.

In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God.
