Topic : Do not love the world
Text: 1 John 2:15-17
Golden text: do not love the world or anything in the world. 1 John 2:15
  Sometimes ago a song writer wrote that " no matter how you enjoy the luxuries of the world, the world still remain constant" meaning that no matter the greatness, prominence, popularity, wealth, power and position you attained in life, it's just a matter of time your memories and achievements will fade away.
The warning do not love the world is necessary because if you love the world and things of the world, you will be under the control of the world. Desires of worldly things will fill your heart to the extent that serving God will not make sense to you and it will appear to you as a waste of time because you have placed high value on the things of the world at the expense of your soul and eternity. Now the question comes if you gain the whole world, what shall it profit you if you lose your soul? Remember that things of this world shall end with this world.
Prayer: Lord Jesus help me not to love the world and the things of the world in Jesus name

In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God. Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
