Topic: Follow good examples
Text: 1 Samuel 2:11-12
Golden text: Now the sons of Eli were sons of Belial;they knew not the LORD 1 Samuel 2:12
It is very not uncommon to see children following the bad examples in their environment. A smoker was asked how did he become addicted to smoking and he replied "I grew up among smokers and I have not seen anything wrong in it because that is what people around me do"
Samuel grew up among children of Belial but he was determined not to be influenced by them. Do not allow people in your environment or your environment to influence you negatively. Choose to copy the good examples, Samuel closely walked with Eli and he diligently obeyed all he said while Hophni and Phineas were busy wasting away their lives in lust and immorality. Others around you may be doing it wrong but you must be determined not to follow bad examples.
Prayer: Lord Jesus help me not to be influenced by bad examples around me in Jesus name

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SUNDAY 4TH MAY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:20 [20]But the LORD is in his holy temple: let all the earth keep silence before him. TOPIC: THE LORD IS IN HIS SANCTUARY (3)            The presence of God makes a difference between a church and any other place. In God’s presence there is peace, deliverance, and fullness of Joy. In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God. No one can come to God’s presence and return empty handed.          Many a times when people come to church without experiencing a touch, it is because they do not come with expectations of receiving from God. Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
