Topic: A call to turn back to God
Text: 1 Samuel 7:2-17
Golden text: so the Israelites put away their Baals and Ashtoreths and served the Lord only
  Righteousness exalts a nation but sin is a reproach. For twenty years the people were in bondage because of sins  and Samuel called them to repentance so that their land can be healed and delivered from the Philistines who had subdued the land. The people heeded to the call, gave away all their idols and served the Lord with all their hearts. The outcome was great, their land was restored and Lord granted them freedom and victory over the Philistines.
  Great things happen when we prayed, Samuel interceded for the nation and the nation was delivered from bondage. Truly we are praying in Nigeria but there can only be a change when we repent from our sins. Praying in sins is nothing but an abomination before God. Let us do away with idols of pleasures, money and other evils. Let us call on to God to deliver and heal our land from bondage.
Prayer: Lord heal and deliver Nigeria from the yoke and bondage of sin in Jesus name

TOPIC: THE LORD IS IN HIS SANCTUARY (3)            The presence of God makes a difference between a church and any other place. In God’s presence there is peace, deliverance, and fullness of Joy. In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God. No one can come to God’s presence and return empty handed.          Many a times when people come to church without experiencing a touch, it is because they do not come with expectations of receiving from God. Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
