Topic: A costly mistake
Text:  2 Samuel 6: 1 - 8
Golden Text: The LORD'S anger burned against Uzzah because of his irreverent act. 2 Samuel 6:7
    A story was told of a Doctor who forgot surgical knife in a patient body, and it was just God's mercies that saved the patient.
Mistakes are inevitable and no man is above mistakes. David made a mistake by allowing the ark of God to be carried on a cart instead of being carried on shoulders by the Levites who are dedicated for this task. The result was terrific, a day of joy became a day of sorrow, Uzzah lost his life, he touched the ark because the oxen stumbled. He was helping God but unknown to him that he dishonored God by his act. David made a costly mistake and Uzzah paid for it with his life. God is not a respecter of persons, he honour his word and he will not tolerate any disrespectful act. In your happy moments and your saddest moments be careful of any decisions you take because you might make a costly mistake.
Prayer: Lord Jesus help me not to make a mistake that will cost me my life in Jesus name.

TOPIC: THE LORD IS IN HIS SANCTUARY (3)            The presence of God makes a difference between a church and any other place. In God’s presence there is peace, deliverance, and fullness of Joy. In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God. No one can come to God’s presence and return empty handed.          Many a times when people come to church without experiencing a touch, it is because they do not come with expectations of receiving from God. Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
