Topic: God of covenants
Text: 2 Samuel 21:1 - 9
Golden text: He handed over them to the Gibeonites who killed and exposed them on a hill before the Lord. 1 Samuel 21:9
 A story was told of a priest whose role was to offer strangers as a sacrifice to the gods of the land. In the process of time, he died at a ripe old age but his generation did not live beyond forty years till today.
  Our God is a God of covenants, Joshua made a covenant with the people of Gibeonites not to kill them but at a time, Saul out of zeal eliminated them, and years after, the nation was plunged into famine, God was consulted and it was revealed that it was as a result of Saul's mistake. The Gibeonites were summoned and they insisted that seven male children of Saul must die, David granted their wish and the famine stopped.
  In everything you are doing remember your children because God is a God of covenants and he respect covenants. Do not sow the seed of evil because your children will eat out of it.
Prayer: father in your mercies break every covenant that is limiting my progress in life in Jesus name

TOPIC: THE LORD IS IN HIS SANCTUARY (3)            The presence of God makes a difference between a church and any other place. In God’s presence there is peace, deliverance, and fullness of Joy. In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God. No one can come to God’s presence and return empty handed.          Many a times when people come to church without experiencing a touch, it is because they do not come with expectations of receiving from God. Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
