 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD FRIDAY 28TH MARCH, 2025 TEXT: Deuteronomy 7:9 [9]Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations; TOPIC: THE COVENANT KEEPING GOD           God have respect for covenants. He honours his covenants in the life of those that faithfully worship him. His covenants entails his blessings and promises for us with conditions. The conditions rest on us doing our part of the covenants. Commit yourself to love God, keep his commandments and he will fulfill his promises in your life. It may tarries but you are confident in him that he will do it. Prayer: Father have respect for your covenant in my life in Jesus name

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD THURSDAY 27TH MARCH,2025 TEXT:2 Timothy 2:15,17-18 [15]Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. [17]And their word will eat as doth a canker: of whom is Hymenaeus and Philetus; [18]Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some. TOPIC: BEWARE OF FALSE TEACHERS (4)       A good number of the false teachers actually know the truth but are interested in twisting the truth for dishonest gains and fame. As a result of this it becomes an herculean task in engaging them in an intellectual debate. Doing so will be a futile exercise and if care is not taken they will end up confusing you and eventually win you to their side.       Paul did this, calling them out, engaging them but at a point he left them. They used to be believers with sound doctrine but stray away from the path of the truth. TOPIC: BEWARE OF FALSE TEACHERS (1)          This is a critical time that Paul spoke of. The word of God is scarce on the pulpits. The preachers are preaching what the congregations want to hear. Finances, career development, seminars are some of the many messages that abound on the church pulpit. Weekly bible studies is gradually phasing out as it is considered old fashioned.        New age teaching has replaced bible studies. New age teachings that embrace Gay, lesbianism, adultery, fornication, drinking, smoking, are on the increase. Beware of these false teachers because they are from within.  DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 22ND MARCH, 2025 TEXT: Psalms 112:7 [7]He shall not be afraid of evil tidings: his heart is fixed, trusting in the LORD. TOPIC: LET YOUR HEART BE FIXED ON GOD (3)        A heart fixed on God is a heart that completely trust in God regardless of happenings around him. It is a heart that is steadfast and established in God with nothing to shake him. There are so many evils in this world and emergencies that we do not pray for yet it happen.         The psalmist affirmed that not even bad news could shift his heart from God, he is not afraid of any evil because he trusted in the LORD. Fixing one’s heart on God is not a sudden thing but a daily and continuous efforts of deliberate fellowship with God. In a time like this you need to fix your heart on God and be established in him so that nothing will be able to sift you from God’s presence.  DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD FRIDAY 21ST MARCH, 2025 TEXT: Psalms 108:1 [1] O God, my heart is fixed; I will sing and give praise, even with my glory. TOPIC: LET YOUR HEART BE FIXED ON GOD (2)             A heart that is fixed on God will praise him at all seasons of life. Some are easily distracted when things are rosy for them, they forget their God but as for David his faith did not waiver in wealth, riches and comfort. The comfort and pleasures of life is not enough to divert his heart from God. If there is anytime we need God more, it is when all our prayers are answered. The enemy is like a roaring lion always on look out for who to devour. It was in Job’s comfort that the enemy struck unaware. God is happy when we remain steadfast in him and not forget him in our glory. Prayer: Father help me not to forget you when things are good for me in Jesus name.

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD THURSDAY 20TH MARCH, 2027 TEXT: Psalms 57:7 [7]My heart is fixed, O God, my heart is fixed: I will sing and give praise. TOPIC: LET YOUR HEART BE FIXED ON GOD (1)     Your heart is very important in worship and there are so many things right there contending for your devotion to God. The heart is like a battle field with so many issues craving for your attention. When the heart is at peace, the whole body at peace. The heart can only find peace when it is at peace with his maker.     David was faced with a serious battle, he could not enjoy the comfort of his home again, he made forest his home, hiding from one cave to other all because his life purpose was under threat by a king who wanted him to die by all means. Right there, he declared his heart was fixed on God and nothing could stop him from praising God. No matter how terrible your situation may be, let your heart be fixed on God, it is not a time to doubt God or turn his back ...

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD WEDNESDAY 19TH MARCH,2025 TEXT: Psalms 20:7 [7]Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God. TOPIC: WHERE IS YOUR TRUST?        Trust is where you put your confidence at all times. What you put your trust in is very important as it relates to protection, provision, shelter as this will guide your decision and attitude in moments of crises. David affirmed that his protection is in God not in his horses of wars, not in chariots, not in charms, not in his wisdom but in the almighty God         Those that put their trust in any other thing apart from God shall be brought down and stumble. The ones who put their trust in God shall rise up and stand firm in the midst of troubles with their salvation secure. Let God be your salvation and trust at all times and you shall not be put to shame Prayer: Father be my salvation at all times in Jesus name

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD TUESDAY 18TH MARCH, 2025 TEXT: Psalms 16:4 [4]Their sorrows shall be multiplied that hasten after another god: their drink offerings of blood will I not offer, nor take up their names into my lips. TOPIC: Do not run after other gods.             There are many gods but there is only one almighty God. Some trust in gods for wealth, some trust in gods for security, some trust in gods for daily provision, some trust in gods for money, some trust in gods for protection. All these gods will only multiply the sorrows. They are the gods that gives you a egg and collect a whole hen from you. They are the gods that give with interests to pay in all your life time. Do not run after them. Seek the living God, put your trust completely in him and he will satisfy you beyond your expectations. Prayer: Father help me to trust you completely in Jesus name.

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD MONDAY 17TH March,2025 TEXT: Hebrews 12:14 Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy without holiness no one will see the Lord. TOPIC: LIVE AT PEACE WITH OTHERS               God expect us to live at peace with others. Believers are expected to be agents of peace wherever they are. Where there are disagreements, conflicts and rebellion, A Christian should not be found there. Our God is peace and he want us to do everything possible in our capacity to be at peace with all. Where there is peace, the presence of God moves freely without hindrance and there is progress and stability . Make up your mind to be an Agent of peace wherever you find yourself. Prayer : Father help me to be an agent of peace in Jesus name

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SUNDAY 16TH MARCH , 2024 TEXT: Genesis 21:6 [6]And Sarah said, God hath made me to laugh, so that all that hear will laugh with me. TOPIC: YOU SHALL LAUGH       God do not give up on situations of his own people. If you belong to him, he will settle you, it is just a matter if time, and all he needs from you is your cooperation. Your tears are over. Your time to laugh has come. Just believe.     Sarah has been written off as far as child bearing is concerned. When the Angel brought the news a year earlier that she would birth, she was just laughing out at the angel because it seems ridiculous to her. Have you written somethings off in your life too? God will amaze you and make you laugh over it. Prayer: Father make me laugh over every difficult situation in Jesus name.

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 15TH MARCH, 2024 TEXT: Luke 11:24-26 [24]When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he saith, I will return unto my house whence I came out. [25]And when he cometh, he findeth it swept and garnished. [26]Then goeth he, and taketh to him seven other spirits more wicked than himself; and they enter in, and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. TOPIC: OVERCOMING ADDICTION (7)       Total freedom from addiction lies in the hand of victim. You do not stay idle. You have to occupy yourself with something beneficial. When you take an addiction, you replace it with something positive and of great importance so when the desire to go back to your addiction comes, the heart has been occupied and have no choice than to return back. Occupy your heart with scriptures and engage yourself with service to God in your local church. Prayer: Father help me...

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD FRIDAY 14TH MARCH, 2025 TEXT: Proverbs 4:23 [23]Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life. TOPIC: OVERCOMING ADDICTION (6)      The heart is the battlefield. Thoughts and desire to sin is still capable of flooding in. You have to take responsibility for what you think. You cannot stop birds from flying over your head but you can stop them from building nests on your head. You may not be able to stop negative thoughts from coming but you can choose either to brood on negative thoughts or not. To overcome addiction, you have to hold in captive every negative thoughts to go back to your sinful habits. Prayer: I captivate every negative thought working against my destiny in Jesus name.

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD THURSDAY 13TH FEBRUARY, 2024 TEXT: Galatians 5:16 So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. TOPIC: OVERCOMING ADDICTION (5)        Overcoming addiction is intentional. If you are not intentional about it, you cannot overcome it. You have to be determined backed up with the word of God which is Spirit and life. This involves reading the Scripture, meditating on it till it becomes part of you and living the scriptures . The desire to continue in that addicted habit will still come up but the Spirit will help you to say no as the word in you will speak and if you follow the word which is Spirit you will overcome addiction and you will testify over it. Prayer : Father help me to walk in the Spirit so that I will not gratify the desires of the flesh in Jesus name.

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD WEDNESDAY 12TH MARCH,2025 TEXT: Isaiah 49:24-25 [24]Shall the prey be taken from the mighty, or the lawful captive delivered? [25]But thus saith the LORD, Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee, and I will save thy children. TOPIC: OVERCOMING ADDICTION (4)          Salvation in Christ gives the captive authority to confront the mighty called addiction. At the mention of the name of Jesus, the mighty will fall and he will loose his holds. The prey will become the master and keep exercising his authority in Christ over the addiction.       The desire to smoke, drink, or still indulge in that addiction will still be there but the Spirit of God in you will empower you to say No and gradually the addiction will finally loose its hold. The mighty will not fall just like that, he will keep coming and each time...

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 8TH MARCH, 2025 TEXT: Proverbs 16:9 [9]A man’s heart deviseth his way: but the LORD directeth his steps. TOPIC: LET GOD ORDER YOUR STEPS        It is a good thing to make plans and set goals for our life, career, marriage and future. God have given us the power to think and plan ahead. In all our plans and goal setting, it is important we surrender it all to God and allow him to order our steps.     The writer of the proverbs says, a man’s heart can part or channel a path he wants to follow in fulfilling his life purpose but direction belongs to God. If you make room for God in your planning, he will guide you, Lead you and order your steps to where your soul will be satisfied . Prayer: Father order my steps into fulfilment of purpose in Jesus name.

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD FRIDAY 7TH MARCH, 2025 TEXT: Proverbs 3:5-6 [5]Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. [6]In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. TOPIC: Prioritize God.     Sometimes you can fail at what you know how to do best. Do not trust in your expertise or knowledge. Learn how to trust completely in God and prioritize him in all you do.Sometimes the best student fail in an exam and sometimes the fastest runner do not win a race. When you put God first in all you do, he will direct your path.    The writer of the proverbs was sounding a warning to his son to put his trust completely in God and acknowledge him in all his ways. From his life experience he had come to understand that all can still fail if there is no God in it. Regardless of your professionalism, expertise, brilliance still trust God in all your endeavours and he will grant you success in all your endeavours. Prayer: ...

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD WEDNESDAY 5TH MARCH,2024 TEXT: 1 Thessalonians 5:18 give thanks in all circumstances for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. TOPIC Thank God        Thanking God should be an attitude and what we do every time. Anytime you see the breaking of the day , say thank you. God is always happy when we thank him at all time. It shows that we are not ingrate.         Paul stressed that Thanking God should be in all circumstances. Do not limit thanking God to when the going is good alone. Thank him also when things are bad too and things are not planned as scheduled or as you desired. No situation can stop or limit God. He is ever in charge and all things will work together for your good. Prayer: Thank God in your own way.

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD TUESDAY 4TH MARCH ,2025 TEXT: 'Psalm 42:1 As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, my God.' TOPIC: LET YOUR SOUL PANT FOR GOD          Only the thirsty shall be filled. Knowing and walking with God intimately rests solely on desiring and panting for God. A heart that pants for God will give itself to devotion, worship and desire to be like Jesus on a daily basis.       David related his panting for God with deer. He was a shepherd and have observed how deer pants for streams of water. The desire, Zeal, energy, motivation, drive at which they thirst for water in the bush and the joy of finding a brook or stream. Do you want more of God, Simply thirst for him by seeking him in fellowship with other brethren, worship , prayer and devotion to God. Prayer: Father quench the thirsty of my soul in Jesus name.

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD MONDAY 3RD MARCH , 2025 TEXT: Psalms 35:1 [1]Plead my cause, O LORD, with them that strive with me: fight against them that fight against me. TOPIC: THE LORD WILL PLEAD YOUR CAUSE        When you walk with God, your battle will be God’s battle. Your cause will be God’s cause and your fight will be God’s fight. David had a relationship with God and he was acquainted with his ways. The reason he was bold to say fight against them that fight against me. He knew that he was on God’s side and God will do all things possible to protect his interests. Are you persecuted for your faith? Are people gathering against you because you stand on the truth? Do not be worried , the fight is not yours , hold your peace and God will Plead your cause. Prayer: Father Plead my cause and fight against those that fight against me in Jesus name.

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SUNDAY 2ND MARCH ,2025 TEXT:’Psalm 40:1 I waited patiently for the LORD he turned to me and heard my cry.’ TOPIC: WAIT PATIENTLY FOR GOD.        Without faith and patience it is impossible to walk with God. God will do it in his own time and not in our own time. Gods time is usually different from our own timing. Naturally it is difficult to wait, we want to have it immediately and as a result of this some have strayed away from the path of righteousness.       David waited for twenty four years before he became king over Israel. He was anointed at sixteen years to be King over Israel. He became a fugitive in his own country where he had a promise to become a King. He became homeless and at a time wilderness was his home. In all these, David waited for his God. What are you trusting God for? Wait for it, great things usually takes time. Add patience to your waiting and it will end in praise.  DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 1ST MARCH ,2025 TEXT: Psalm 31:15 My times are in your hands deliver me from the hands of my enemies, from those who pursue me.' TOPIC: YOUR TIMES ARE IN GOD’S HANDS.     God is sovereign. No situation, event, occurrence can render him incapacitated. He is always a step ahead of any unforeseen situation. He knows the end from the beginning , he controls the universe and nothing moves without his nod or permission.     David was aware of the personality of God, he walked closely with him and knew nothing happens without God’s knowledge. He became more confident by declaring that in God he trust and have made him his God. Whatever God does with his life, he is satisfied with it no argument which implies that his times are in God’s hands. If he delivers him from his enemies, he is fine and if otherwise he is fine too.
