THURSDAY 27TH MARCH,2025

TEXT:2 Timothy 2:15,17-18

[15]Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

[17]And their word will eat as doth a canker: of whom is Hymenaeus and Philetus;

[18]Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some.

TOPIC: BEWARE OF FALSE TEACHERS (4)

      A good number of the false teachers actually know the truth but are interested in twisting the truth for dishonest gains and fame. As a result of this it becomes an herculean task in engaging them in an intellectual debate. Doing so will be a futile exercise and if care is not taken they will end up confusing you and eventually win you to their side.

      Paul did this, calling them out, engaging them but at a point he left them. He focused his energy and drive in propagating the truth. The best way to phase out the menace of false teachers in the church is to teach the congregation the truth, established them in the truth, they will identify the false teachers and stay away from them. This calls for the church to have Bible studies and word conferences that will expound the truth. Flood the churches with the truth and the false teachers will become irrelevant.

Prayer: Father purge your church from false teachers in Jesus name.

TOPIC: THE LORD IS IN HIS SANCTUARY (3)            The presence of God makes a difference between a church and any other place. In God’s presence there is peace, deliverance, and fullness of Joy. In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God. No one can come to God’s presence and return empty handed.          Many a times when people come to church without experiencing a touch, it is because they do not come with expectations of receiving from God. Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
