DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD
WEDNESDAY 16TH APRIL,2025
TEXT: Luke 19:39-40
[39]And some of the Pharisees from among the multitude said unto him, Master, rebuke thy disciples.
[40]And he answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out.
TOPIC: Unstoppable glory
The entry of Jesus into the temple is often referred to as triumphant entry because it depicts the victory and kingship of Jesus over the world. Jesus had always been to the temple but this particular entry was spectacular because the Pharisees were unable to restrict, check, or stop him from exercising his power as the prince of peace. They were left astonished, embarrassed and felt “not in charge”. It was on that night they concluded plans to get rid of him because he had become thorn in their flesh.
Jesus is a glory personified, and when the time comes for the manifestation of his glory, nobody could stop him. The Pharisees ordered him to rebuke the disciples from chanting Hosanna and praise to him but he told them if you stopped them, stones will cry out. This depicts that there is a glory that is unstoppable whoever attempts it shall face the full wrath of God. This unstoppable glory is available for those in Christ who are faithful to him. Thirst for that glory and it will also manifest in your life.
Prayer: Father give me victory over my enemies and make me unstoppable in you so that your glory can manifest in my life in Jesus name.
