THE UNSTOPPABLE RESURRECTION

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD

SUNDAY 20TH APRIL,2025

TEXT: Matthew 27:63-64,66, Matthew 28:11-15,17

[11]Now when they were going, behold, some of the watch came into the city, and shewed unto the chief priests all the things that were done.

[12]And when they were assembled with the elders, and had taken counsel, they gave large money unto the soldiers,

[13]Saying, Say ye, His disciples came by night, and stole him away while we slept.

[14]And if this come to the governor’s ears, we will persuade him, and secure you.

[15]So they took the money, and did as they were taught: and this saying is commonly reported among the Jews until this day.

[17]And when they saw him, they worshipped him: but some doubted.

[63]Saying, Sir, we remember that that deceiver said, while he was yet alive, After three days I will rise again.

[64]Command therefore that the sepulchre be made sure until the third day, lest his disciples come by night, and steal him away, and say unto the people, He is risen from the dead: so the last error shall be worse than the first.

[66]So they went, and made the sepulchre sure, sealing the stone, and setting a watch.

TOPIC: THE UNSTOPPABLE RESURRECTION

              One of the most disputed facts about the humanity of Jesus was that he did not resurrect. Despite the proof of empty tomb, evidence of first eye witnesses, some still believe that it is just a myth which ever happened. The origin of this myth stories were framed by the priests who organised his killing, at first they ensured that his grave was well secured with the highest security at that time just to be sure that nobody carted away his corpse and claimed he resurrected as he said.

           Death could not hold him captive, right in the grave, he took back the keys of grave and death. He exercised victory over the devil and his cohorts who had made grave a torment. He made a public disgrace of them all. When the devil failed at making him not to resurrect, the soldiers who saw the marvellous and strange mysteries around his grave were bribed to sponsor false information about his resurrection but it was too late. Christ is risen, the tomb is empty and he has given us victory over sin and death. The unstoppable power at work in the resurrection of Christ is still available today, key into it and no power will be able to stop you from fulfilling God’s purpose on earth.

Prayer: I plug myself and family into the resurrection power of Jesus Christ in Jesus name.

TOPIC: THE LORD IS IN HIS SANCTUARY (3)            The presence of God makes a difference between a church and any other place. In God’s presence there is peace, deliverance, and fullness of Joy. In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God. No one can come to God’s presence and return empty handed.          Many a times when people come to church without experiencing a touch, it is because they do not come with expectations of receiving from God. Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
