OBEDIENCE IS BETTER THAN SACRIFICE

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD

MONDAY 28TH APRIL,2025

TEXT: Isaiah 1:11,13,15-19

[11]To what purpose is the multitude of your sacrifices unto me? Saith the LORD: I am full of the burnt offerings of rams, and the fat of fed beasts; and I delight not in the blood of bullocks, or of lambs, or of he goats.

[13]Bring no more vain oblations; incense is an abomination unto me; the new moons and sabbaths, the calling of assemblies, I cannot away with; it is iniquity, even the solemn meeting.

[15]And when ye spread forth your hands, I will hide mine eyes from you: yea, when ye make many prayers, I will not hear: your hands are full of blood.

[16]Wash you, make you clean; put away the evil of your doings from before mine eyes; cease to do evil;

[17]Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow.

[18]Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

[19]If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:

TOPIC: OBEDIENCE IS BETTER THAN SACRIFICE

        God desires our worship and fellowship. He is pleased only with those that worship him with spirit and truth. Most people often neglect the aspect of the truth , they believe their religiosity can cover for their righteousness. Many evils have been carried under the guise of religion because they believe God can later be appeased with building cathedrals and taking care of the poor.. God is saying your sacrifices is not acceptable if blood are in your hands. Obey God first, be cleansed from all righteousness and your worship shall be accepted. You cannot bribe God with your religiosity. If you want to eat the good of the land, settle your ways with him, Repent from all unrighteousness, and worship him spirit and truth.

Prayer: Father help me to be willing to do that which is right at all times in Jesus name.

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SUNDAY 4TH MAY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:20 [20]But the LORD is in his holy temple: let all the earth keep silence before him. TOPIC: THE LORD IS IN HIS SANCTUARY (3)            The presence of God makes a difference between a church and any other place. In God’s presence there is peace, deliverance, and fullness of Joy. In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God. No one can come to God’s presence and return empty handed.          Many a times when people come to church without experiencing a touch, it is because they do not come with expectations of receiving from God. Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
