Do you love Jesus?

TUESDAY 22ND APRIL,2025

TEXT: John 21:13-17

[13]Jesus then cometh, and taketh bread, and giveth them, and fish likewise.

[14]This is now the third time that Jesus shewed himself to his disciples, after that he was risen from the dead.

[15]So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs.

[16]He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep.

[17]He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.

TOPIC: DO YOU LOVE JESUS?

        It is easy to say I love Jesus but loving Jesus is deeper than that. Loving Jesus implies that he is the owner of your life and your loyalty and submission is to him regardless of whatever may happen along your walk with him.

       Jesus asked Peter: “ Do you love me? “ thrice. And at the third time he was grieved and responded accordingly by using the same word Jesus used which is agape love. The love Jesus demand from us is unconditional love, not a love because things are going rosy for you but also to love him when things are hard for you. If you truly love Jesus, you will love other’s around you and you will be sharing to share the gospel with them. Until you love Christ unconditionally, you have not really love him.

Prayer: Father let your love fill my heart and let my life be a full expression of your love in Jesus name.

TOPIC: THE LORD IS IN HIS SANCTUARY (3)            The presence of God makes a difference between a church and any other place. In God’s presence there is peace, deliverance, and fullness of Joy. In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God. No one can come to God’s presence and return empty handed.          Many a times when people come to church without experiencing a touch, it is because they do not come with expectations of receiving from God. Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
