TOPIC: JOURNEY OF PURPOSE (2)
The journey of purpose is not always smooth. It is rough, full of uncertainties, difficulties and pains that is enough to swerve you from the road. What will keep you going is your faith in God.
Abraham knew his God, the first thing he did on reaching his destination was to create an altar to worship his God and right there God affirmed to him that he would give him the land and his seed. At that time Abraham had no children even though his name mean Father. After a while there was a famine in the land God has led him to. This was enough for Abraham to doubt his God but he held on to God’s promises. Walking in purpose does not mean you are free from troubles of life. Troubles will come but remember to look on to God and hold on to his promises.
Prayer: Father help me to hold on to your promises when face with uncertainties in my journey with you in Jesus name.
