TUESDAY 24TH DECEMBER, 2024

TEXT: Hosea: 11:1

[1]When Israel was a child, then I loved him, and called my son out of Egypt.

Matthew 2:14-15

[14]When he arose, he took the young child and his mother by night, and departed into Egypt:

[15]And was there until the death of Herod: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, Out of Egypt have I called my son.

TOPIC: Things don’t just happen

     God knows all things, nothing meets him unaware and he is always on top of issues as it relates to occurrences in this world. For Mary and Joseph, they were in a difficult situation, unknown to them beforehand that eight hundred years before then, God had them in mind and had made a way of escape.

       Obedience and patience work hand in hand. Obeying God is not enough but waiting till you obtain the said promise. They went to Egypt by instructions and had to wait for instructions before leaving. Things do not just happen to a Christian without God not knowing about it. If he knows about it, he knows what exactly to do for it to be fixed.

Action Word: In all things, thank God because he is ever in charge of situations around you.

Prayer: Father help me to trust you completely in difficult times in Jesus name.

The LORD is in his sanctuary (3)

TOPIC: THE LORD IS IN HIS SANCTUARY (3)            The presence of God makes a difference between a church and any other place. In God’s presence there is peace, deliverance, and fullness of Joy. In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God. No one can come to God’s presence and return empty handed.          Many a times when people come to church without experiencing a touch, it is because they do not come with expectations of receiving from God. Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
