THE NAME OF JESUS

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD

SATURDAY 14TH DECEMBER,2024

TEXT: Matthew 1:21

[21]And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.

TOPIC: The name of Jesus.

              There are many people answering the name Jesus on earth. Even before the birth of Jesus so many people had answered them, notable was Joshua who led Israel to the promise land. The only difference in the name of Jesus and others that have previously answered that name is the power, authority , purpose and mission ascribed to that name. His name indicates clarity of purpose and mission.

          His destiny was to die for people’s sins and saved them from the power of sin and death. Jesus lived to fulfill his purpose on earth and by achieving that uncommon feat, his name was exalted than every other name on earth and heaven. His name becomes an access to open doors and enter throne of grace. His name is not an extraordinary name, it is full of power, grace and authority. His name is a mystery, whoever call upon him shall be saved. Connect yourself to the wonder working powers of his name and you will experience unlimited grace.

Action point: The name of Jesus works for those who believe in him and nobody calls his name without experiencing salvation.

Prayer: Father as I call on your name today let it save me from every evil targeted against me and my family in Jesus name.

TOPIC: THE LORD IS IN HIS SANCTUARY (3)            The presence of God makes a difference between a church and any other place. In God’s presence there is peace, deliverance, and fullness of Joy. In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God. No one can come to God’s presence and return empty handed.          Many a times when people come to church without experiencing a touch, it is because they do not come with expectations of receiving from God. Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
