Hopes are met in Christ

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD

FRIDAY 27th DECEMBER, 2024

TEXT: Luke 2:25, 36

[25]And, behold, there was a man in Jerusalem, whose name was Simeon; and the same man was just and devout, waiting for the consolation of Israel: and the Holy Ghost was upon him.

[36]And there was one Anna, a prophetess, the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Aser: she was of a great age, and had lived with an husband seven years from her virginity;

TOPIC: HOPES ARE MET IN CHRIST

     Jesus is a giver of hope. When all hopes are lost, you can always count on him. In Christ, the promise of salvation was met, in him the hope of eternity was met, in him was fulfilment of laws, in him was the fulfilment of prophecies. All promises of God are met when we completely trust in him alone.

       Simeon and Anna were of age , they were kept because they hope to see the salvation of God. They served God with all their heart and are model of faithful service to God in the temple. They read the word of God about his salvation plans for the world and they believed it. God promised them no death till Jesus Christ would be born. They were full of joy to see Jesus being dedicated in the temple. They testified of Gods goodness and faithfulness. Whatever promise God have given to you , cling to it because in christ all hopes shall be met.

Prayer: Father let my hopes become reality in Jesus name.

The LORD is in his sanctuary (3)

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SUNDAY 4TH MAY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:20 [20]But the LORD is in his holy temple: let all the earth keep silence before him. TOPIC: THE LORD IS IN HIS SANCTUARY (3)            The presence of God makes a difference between a church and any other place. In God’s presence there is peace, deliverance, and fullness of Joy. In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God. No one can come to God’s presence and return empty handed.          Many a times when people come to church without experiencing a touch, it is because they do not come with expectations of receiving from God. Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
