Another year of mercy

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD

WEDNESDAY 1ST JANUARY, 2025

TEXT: Luke 13:6-9

[6]He spake also this parable; A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon, and found none.

[7]Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why cumbereth it the ground?

[8]And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it:

[9]And if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that thou shalt cut it down.

TOPIC: ANOTHER YEAR OF MERCY

     Our existence on earth today is not by accident, God kept us for a purpose , his desire is that all should be saved and not end up in hell . As days roll, he keep sending his word to us through different means so we can have a change of mind. It saddens God’s heart if people die in their sins.

          It is another new day and another new year. His mercies have kept you to see this day and it is important you check your life to see if you are still living in sins, his mercies preserved you so that you can repent from sins and serve him faithfully. Do not take God’s mercies for granted because we are only sure of this hour we do not know what lies ahead. If you have derailed from the path of life, Repent and make the decision to serve him for the rest of your life.

Father help me not to take your mercies for granted this year in Jesus name

TOPIC: THE LORD IS IN HIS SANCTUARY (3)            The presence of God makes a difference between a church and any other place. In God’s presence there is peace, deliverance, and fullness of Joy. In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God. No one can come to God’s presence and return empty handed.          Many a times when people come to church without experiencing a touch, it is because they do not come with expectations of receiving from God. Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
