A hard sign

TEXT: Isaiah 7:14

[14]Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.

TOPIC: A hard sign

             Signs are assurance that God will do what he says he will do especially when someone finds himself in a difficult situation and needs God’s assurance that there will be a way. Sometimes asking for a sign can be an indication that someone does not believe what God have said he will do, and just need a sign that will strengthen his faith.

           In the text, the king was in a terrible situation, two kings aligned together against him and he was sorely afraid. The prophet assured him of victory and was so confident of it to the extent of asking the king to ask for a sign just to calm him down. The king replied that he cannot tempt God. At that point he said the sign shall be until a virgin shall conceive and bear a son. This could have compounded the King’s unbelief, how could a virgin birth?

        The sign remain a mystery until Jesus appeared. Whatever terrible situation you are passing through that have made you hopeless, Simply look at Christ, his name is Immanuel , he is right there with you just that you don’t know , he is the sign that ends all difficulties, he is the hope of the hopeless and the help of the hopeless. If a virgin can birth, nothing is difficult for him to do, put your trust completely in him and you will be next in line for testimonies.

Action Word: Christ is the Sign that put an end to all terrible situations.

Prayer: Father sign off every problem that want to cut my life short in Jesus name.

Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
