TEXT: HABAKKUK 2:4

Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.

TOPIC: THE JUST SHALL LIVE BY FAITH

         Believers are known by their faith in God . It is their faith in God at all times that make them to be called believers. Faith is a lifestyle and not transactional or situational. Living by faith is simply waiting and trusting God to do what he have said he will do. Faith cannot be imitated , it is just a matter of time, it will be tried to prove it’s genuiness.

        In the text, the prophet was concerned about the spiritual and political situation of his country. He had prayed but nothing is changing. He chose to wait until God responded to him. It was fascinating to know that God’s response affirmed his waiting. Though you have prayed and you have waited. It is necessary because the just shall live by faith. Do not loose hope, do not faint when it appears as if the more you pray, the tougher it becomes. Faith is still trusting God when your prayers are unanswered. Faith is a lifestyle and nothing either in heaven or on earth can separate you from the love of God. If God’s love is constant, it is certain that he cannot withhold anything good from you. Whatever you have trusted God for and it remain undone, let it be. Do not seek for alternatives because God have you in mind. Patently wait and serve him till the end. When you do, faith become a lifestyle and you are living by faith.

Action point: Faith is a lifestyle.

Prayer: Father help me to live by faith at all times in Jesus name.

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
