My son, if sinners entice thee, consent thou not.

TOPIC: SHUN WRONG COMPANIONSHIP

The association we keep in life have negatives and positives impact in life. One of these associations is those you called your friends. An old English Proverbs says that “ show me your friend and I will tell you who you are” so many decisions and choices we make in life are influenced by friends who are closed to us. Your friends can either draw you close to your destiny or draw you away.

   The text depicts the love of a aged father who have seen it all in life to a young son. He advised his son against wrong companionship. He explained that wrong companionship always end in bitterness though immediate results may be pleasant. The greatest influence over you are those you give the opportunity to be close to you. They informed your decision making and choices. A man of destiny pick his friends and avoid wrong companions. Many destinies have been wrecked by those we called friends. If they have no value to add or you have nothing good to add to them, let them be. It is better to walk alone than to be in company of wrong people who have nothing to contribute positively to your life.

Action point: Wrong associations will slow you down in life .

Prayer: Father in your mercies separate me from every unfriendly friend in Jesus name.

TOPIC: THE LORD IS IN HIS SANCTUARY (3)            The presence of God makes a difference between a church and any other place. In God’s presence there is peace, deliverance, and fullness of Joy. In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God. No one can come to God’s presence and return empty handed.          Many a times when people come to church without experiencing a touch, it is because they do not come with expectations of receiving from God. Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
