TEXT: GENESIS 12: 1-5

KEY VERSE: Genesis 12:1 

Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee:

TOPIC: DIVINE INSTRUCTION (4)

Divine instruction is to obey God when it is not convenient for you. It is simply submitting to the will of God. It is not always easy but it pays in the end.

 Abraham was in his comfort zone. He was wealthy and everything was going well with him. God instructed him to leave and he left without questioning God. He believed God for his word and God rewarded him greatly beyond he could ever imagined. At Cannan, God made him the father of nations and till today he was still relevant.

  God is a rewarder of those that diligently follow his instructions. God's instructions are not always easy or convenient but there is joy in following it. God does not fail anyone and when he is set to make someone a blessing to his generations, there must be a divine instruction to that effect. What has God instructed you to do? Submit to him and it shall be well with your soul.

Prayer: Father help me to obey you when it is not convenient for me in Jesus name.

TOPIC: THE LORD IS IN HIS SANCTUARY (3)            The presence of God makes a difference between a church and any other place. In God’s presence there is peace, deliverance, and fullness of Joy. In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God. No one can come to God’s presence and return empty handed.          Many a times when people come to church without experiencing a touch, it is because they do not come with expectations of receiving from God. Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
