WEDNESDAY 17TH NOVEMBER 2021

TEXT: 1st Samuel 4:9 

Be strong, and quit yourselves like men, O ye Philistines, that ye be not servants unto the Hebrews, as they have been to you: quit yourselves like men, and fight.

TOPIC: COURAGE (3)

        Courage is to be strong and act like men when you find yourself in a terrific situation that makes you lose confidence in your competence, skills and prowess.

The Philistines found themselves in a difficult situation. They had been winning the battle and were close to victory. Suddenly the ark of God appeared, there was a thunderous shout of victory in the camp of their enemies which made the camp of Philistines to tremble with fear. A voice of courage spoke out of the camp to be strong and fight on or they would continue to be servants for Hebrews. They summoned courage, fight on and they defeated the Army of Israel

  The voice of courage always speak to us too not to quit. Many men quit when they are almost at the finishing line. Your determination and will to fight on is important in the race of life. Most life failures happen when men quit. Men of courage are confident in their God and God always help those that are willing to stand on the truth without compromising as a result of life pressure.

Prayer: Father help me to heed to that still voice of courage when I want to quit in Jesus name.

TOPIC: THE LORD IS IN HIS SANCTUARY (3)            The presence of God makes a difference between a church and any other place. In God’s presence there is peace, deliverance, and fullness of Joy. In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God. No one can come to God’s presence and return empty handed.          Many a times when people come to church without experiencing a touch, it is because they do not come with expectations of receiving from God. Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
