SUNDAY OCTOBER 31ST 2021

TEXT: Romans 8:13 

For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.

TOPIC: WALK IN THE SPIRIT (6)

           Walking in the spirit is dwelling in the spirit at all times. The spirit is just like rivers of water. The deeper you go into the waters the safer and better you are from the reach of the flesh. Many a people fall into temptation because they walk out of the Spirit of God. 

          The Spirit of God is a niche where a child of God must stay always if he must live victorious over the works of the flesh. A move out of the niche is usually trouble. A fish cannot survive outside the water likewise a child of God cannot survive without the spirit. 

      Walking in the Spirit is a deliberate and conscious efforts of saying no continuously to the works of flesh which tend to corrupt and desecrate us in the presence of God thereby making our worship unacceptable to him. God is a Spirit, and those that will worship him will do it in spirit and truth.

Prayer: Lord Jesus help me to be led by your Spirit and not walk away from your Spirit in Jesus name.

TOPIC: THE LORD IS IN HIS SANCTUARY (3)            The presence of God makes a difference between a church and any other place. In God’s presence there is peace, deliverance, and fullness of Joy. In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God. No one can come to God’s presence and return empty handed.          Many a times when people come to church without experiencing a touch, it is because they do not come with expectations of receiving from God. Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
