And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;

TOPIC: THE MINISTRY GIFTS - PROPHETS

         Prophet is another ministry gift that have great impact in the ministry till today. To be a prophet you have to be called into it and the prophetic gifts such as word of knowledge, word of wisdom, discerning of spirits, prophecy, interpretation of tongues and speaking in tongues are tools to work in the office of a prophet.

        Being a prophet is beyond seeing visions and prophesying. Prophet can either be foretelling or forth telling. Foretelling are seers who see into the pasts or future  while forth tellers are majorly preachers of the word of God who declares the mind of God via preaching. 

      The work of prophet in this dispensation of Holy Spirit is different from the biblical times. The prophet only confirm what God have already told you and whatever he says must not contradict the word of God. The prophet are meant to encourage the church, give hope and comfort to God's people.

Prayer: Father empower your prophet and give them strength to accomplish your purpose on earth in Jesus name.

TOPIC: THE LORD IS IN HIS SANCTUARY (3)            The presence of God makes a difference between a church and any other place. In God’s presence there is peace, deliverance, and fullness of Joy. In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God. No one can come to God’s presence and return empty handed.          Many a times when people come to church without experiencing a touch, it is because they do not come with expectations of receiving from God. Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
