TEXT: GENESIS 13:5-13

TOPIC: CHOICES (3)

KEY VERSE: GENESIS 13:11

Then Lot chose him all the plain of Jordan; and Lot journeyed east: and they separated themselves the one from the other.

     He was an orphan, his uncle took great care of him right from the demise of his father. He was responsible for his upkeep, he fathered him through and being a shepherd he trained him and made him. In the process of time they were both rich in cattle that the land could not contain them. Constant fights ensued between herders of Nephew and uncle. Uncle called him and reminded him that they were kinsmen and such things should not be heard among them. He gave him the privilege to choose grazing land so that their would not be interference and conflicts. The nephew looked around and chose the best grazing land for himself without considering interest of uncle. Uncle decided to let go, he gave up his rights for the sake of peace.

         Our attitude is usually reveal in the choices we make in life. Greediness was reflected in the nephew choices that he did not even think of fairness and justice. Life will also present you too several choices and you will also have the opportunity to choose by neglecting the needs, interests and feelings of others or considerate of their interests and feelings. The former choices always lead to chaos while the latter will make God to be delighted in you.

Prayer: Father let your fear and love fill my heart so that I can make right choices in your direction in Jesus name.

TOPIC: THE LORD IS IN HIS SANCTUARY (3)            The presence of God makes a difference between a church and any other place. In God’s presence there is peace, deliverance, and fullness of Joy. In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God. No one can come to God’s presence and return empty handed.          Many a times when people come to church without experiencing a touch, it is because they do not come with expectations of receiving from God. Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
