TEXT: GENESIS 2: 15-17

TOPIC: CHOICES (2)

KEY VERSE: Genesis 2:17

But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

               Humans are created as free will agents with power to make choices. We make choices everyday. Whatever success we have achieved thus far has been a product of our choices.

                The question often ask in a Bible study class is "Why would God place a tree in the garden and then restrain Adam from eating it"? The answer to it is simply God wanted Adam to obey. Without choices men become caged. Adam would have been like a prisoner without the power of choice and his obedience would have been robotic.

                 We are always face with choices in every day life. There is always a reward for choosing to do it right and sad consequences for doing it wrong. When you are faced with choices, Be determined to obey God.

Prayer: Lord Jesus help me to do obey you when faced with choices in Jesus name.

TOPIC: THE LORD IS IN HIS SANCTUARY (3)            The presence of God makes a difference between a church and any other place. In God’s presence there is peace, deliverance, and fullness of Joy. In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God. No one can come to God’s presence and return empty handed.          Many a times when people come to church without experiencing a touch, it is because they do not come with expectations of receiving from God. Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
