TEXT: JAMES 3: 14

 But if you harbor bitter envy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast about it or deny the truth.

TOPIC: GUARD AGAINST SELFISH AMBITION 

           Whatever you become, let it give glory to God who have helped you to attain that feat. If God have helped you no man can scheme your downfall. Live well and choose to live wisely. Do not guide the position and use human wisdom to prevent others from attaining such heights. Avoid pitfalls of jealousy, greed and destructive competiveness. 

             Be wise, live a honorable life and serve God with your gifts and influence lives positively. Do not oppress others with your wealth or influence but rather help the poor, the needy and everyone God bring along your path. In doing such you will have a good reputation and name that money cannot buy. Above all your life will bring glory to God and you will be satisfied, happy, contented and have a sense of fulfillment in the world. 

Prayer:Father help me to guard against selfishness in the pursuit of ambition in Jesus name.

TOPIC: THE LORD IS IN HIS SANCTUARY (3)            The presence of God makes a difference between a church and any other place. In God’s presence there is peace, deliverance, and fullness of Joy. In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God. No one can come to God’s presence and return empty handed.          Many a times when people come to church without experiencing a touch, it is because they do not come with expectations of receiving from God. Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
