ANGER IS EVIL

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD

SATURDAY 19TH SEPTEMBER 2020

TEXT:  MATTHEW 5: 21-22

TOPIC: ANGER IS EVIL

KEY VERSE:Matthew 5:22

But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.

                  Anger as little as it may be is a little fire which if it is not put on check can generate into serious havoc. As humans we at times trivialize certain things which if it had been put on check it would not have generated into a big issue. 

         Jesus emphasizes the evil of handling anger with levity. He stunned his audience when he said "anyone who is so much as angry with a brother or sister is guilty of murder". It was not stated in the Law that "You shall not get angry" but "You shall not murder. If anger is handle well, there may not be cause for murder. Work on your anger, do not allow it to make you commit evil because the anger of man does not bring about the righteous life that God desires.

Prayer:Father help me to put my anger under checks in Jesus name.

TOPIC: THE LORD IS IN HIS SANCTUARY (3)            The presence of God makes a difference between a church and any other place. In God’s presence there is peace, deliverance, and fullness of Joy. In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God. Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
