You cannot serve God with grudges

TEXT: MATTHEW 5: 23-24

TOPIC: YOU CANNOT SERVE GOD WITH GRUDGES

KEY VERSE: "leave your gift there before the altar and go your way. Matthew 5:24a

            Our relationship with others is very important with God and if our ways are not right with others we cannot please God.You cannot hold grudge or malice with a friend or others within your church or environment and expect God to answer your prayers. 

           Jesus said first settle your grudge then come and worship me. We are hypocrites if we claim to love God while we keep malice. Our attitudes toward others reflect how deep our relationships with God is.

Prayer : Father help me to forgive people as soon as they offend me and do not allow me to keep grudges with them in Jesus name.

The LORD is in his sanctuary (3)

TOPIC: THE LORD IS IN HIS SANCTUARY (3)            The presence of God makes a difference between a church and any other place. In God’s presence there is peace, deliverance, and fullness of Joy. In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God. No one can come to God’s presence and return empty handed.          Many a times when people come to church without experiencing a touch, it is because they do not come with expectations of receiving from God. Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
