Text: Numbers 12:7
But this is not true of my servant Moses; he is faithful in all my house.
Topic: The faithfulness of Moses
Faith is leaving certainty for uncertainty because you are sure God have something better for you. Moses was highly trained in the palace, he was educated and schooled in the philosophies, literature and arts of the Egypt. He was a learned professor of his time and he was in line to be the Pharoah but he rejected the pleasures, wealth, dignity, honour, prestige, fame, power, affluence, influence attached to the office of Pharoah and chose to identify with his own enslaved nation.
He left a secured future for something he was not certain of, for forty years he was on an exile after committing a murder, a learned man became a Shepherd in a far away Midian. Moses did all this because he saw a bigger picture, he knew his God, and God honoured his faithfulness and made him one of the greatest man that ever lived on earth, he was so special to God that he himself buried him.
God always honour faithfulness. God'sinstruction or plan does not usually make sense at times to us and it takes a man of faith acquainted with the Spirit of God to know his ways and walk with him as you study his word and communicate with him in prayer and living a life that is pleasing to him.
Prayer: Father help me to still trust you and walk with you when your ways does not make sense to me in Jesus name.
