TEMPERANCE IS ABSTINENCE FROM DRINKING

Text: Proverbs 20:1
Wine is a mocker, strong drink is raging: and whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise.
Topic: Temperance is abstinence from Drinking
    Temperance is to abstain from strong drinks,Temperance is not drinking moderately but to say no to it. Drinking moderately is a bait to drink excessively. Drinking makes one intoxicated and in a little while it is like no worries and one act under the influence of it. As soon as the wine clears off, the problem and worries that seem to be gone become a reality.
  WIne is a mocker, and under its influence one can do nasty things. Wine rages as being addicted to it makes one liable to health problems that can cut a life short and one can spend fortunes on drinking. Be wise, be filled with the Holy Spirit rather than being filled with wine. 
Prayer: Father help me to abstain from drinking in Jesus name.

TOPIC: THE LORD IS IN HIS SANCTUARY (3)            The presence of God makes a difference between a church and any other place. In God’s presence there is peace, deliverance, and fullness of Joy. In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God. No one can come to God’s presence and return empty handed.          Many a times when people come to church without experiencing a touch, it is because they do not come with expectations of receiving from God. Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
