Faith produces righteousness

Text: Genesis 15 : 1-6
Topic: Faith produces righteousness. 
Key verse: Abram believe the LORD, and he credited it to him as righteousness.Gen 15:6
             Righteousness emanates out of believing and trusting God. Not all actions are right, it can only be right if it is birth out of trust in God. To be righteous means to be right with God. Without faith it is impossible to please God, how can you please God without knowing the mind of God?  walking in the mind of God means to believe all what God says he is and all what he says he will do. 
           Faith does not make you to ignore reality or negates reality. Abram was greatly rich in wealth, influence, fame with personal armed men and several servants in his household but without a child to inherit all he had. Medically, he and his wife were aged and no hope of having a child. He had already concluded that Eliezer his oldest servant will be his heir but God said No, I have a son for you. Abram still believed God at that point and God credited it to him as righteousness.
            Your good deeds, prayer, church attendance, tithe, fasting and so on can only make you  religious and not a person of faith if we do not trust God that he is who he says he is and he will do what he says he will do. Your righteous deeds cannot make you right with God except it is birth out of your believe in God. 
Prayer: Father help me to believe in you and all what you say that you will do in Jesus name.

The LORD is in his sanctuary (3)

TOPIC: THE LORD IS IN HIS SANCTUARY (3)            The presence of God makes a difference between a church and any other place. In God’s presence there is peace, deliverance, and fullness of Joy. In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God. No one can come to God’s presence and return empty handed.          Many a times when people come to church without experiencing a touch, it is because they do not come with expectations of receiving from God. Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
