Topic: God resist the proud
Text: Ezekiel 28:1-10
Golden Text:   "Son of man, say to the ruler of Tyre, 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: "'In the pride of your heart you say, "I am a god; I sit on the throne of a god in the heart of the seas." But you are a man and not a god, though you think you are as wise as a god. Eze 28:2
     " Pride goes before a fall". It is easier to say that "I am not proud" until the world is at your feet.
      God pronounced fiery judgment on the king of Tyre for claiming to be god and exhibiting pride as a result of his wisdom, beauty and riches.
     There are many ways we may also claim to be gods today by oppressing the poor, infringing on the right of others, treat others as if they are inferior to you, acting as if you are better than others, dominating on others, always want to have the last say, looking down on others and so on.
       God hates the proud, he resist them,work against them and ensure that they are brought low to show his supremacy. Have you observed any iota of pride in you,repent from it today and ask God to help you to overcome it.
Prayer:Father deliver me from the spirit of pride in Jesus name.

TOPIC: THE LORD IS IN HIS SANCTUARY (3)            The presence of God makes a difference between a church and any other place. In God’s presence there is peace, deliverance, and fullness of Joy. In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God. No one can come to God’s presence and return empty handed.          Many a times when people come to church without experiencing a touch, it is because they do not come with expectations of receiving from God. Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
