Topic: Beware of the evils of social media ( 2)
Text: Matthew 26:41
  Some years back, I saw a young man pinging on his BlackBerry while walking on the street, he hit his head against a hard wall and his head was bleeding. Another parent complained that his daughter was so addicted to phone that she usually burned food on cooking gas. Another story was told of a man who was chatting, forgot to put off the electric stove when the power supply was off, and by the time the power was on, the house was razed on fire.
  The stories are endless of how people are under the tyranny of social media. They are so addicted to it that everything about their life is posted on the Facebook, they made themselves open to attack from the enemies. They live unguarded lives, forgetting Jesus command which says "watch" Are you addicted to your phone and it seems you are not OK in a day if you do not access Facebook , WhatsApp, imo and so on. To be on social media is not a sin but it becomes a sin when you are under its control. Your time is your life, please do not waste it on things that do not count.
Prayer: Lord deliver me from addiction to social media in Jesus name

The LORD is in his sanctuary (3)

TOPIC: THE LORD IS IN HIS SANCTUARY (3)            The presence of God makes a difference between a church and any other place. In God’s presence there is peace, deliverance, and fullness of Joy. In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God. No one can come to God’s presence and return empty handed.          Many a times when people come to church without experiencing a touch, it is because they do not come with expectations of receiving from God. Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
