Topic: Do not eliminate to get to the top
Text: 2 Samuel 4: 5-12
Golden text: they brought the head of Ish-bosheth to David at Hebron. 2 Samuel 4:8
 There is a popular saying among the yoruba tribe that some people need to be destroyed for some people to rise. This is far from the truth, you don't need to eliminate people to get to the top if the Lord has destined you for a position.
 Sometimes ago in Nigeria, a popular politician who was aspiring to be a governor died few months to when he had scheduled to announce his intention to contest governorship in the state. Another politician was murdered in cold blood because he had ambition of becoming governor in another state.
  You don't need to kill to have what God has destined for you if it is meant for you. David ensured that he did not stepped on blood to ascend the throne. He dissociated himself from anyone that killed his enemies in order to win his favour
No wonder he died peacefully in his old age. Those that terminate to get appointment usually die by the sword. Learn from David who patiently waited for God to give him the throne of Israel.
Prayer: father help me to wait on you for the best you have for me in Jesus name

TOPIC: THE LORD IS IN HIS SANCTUARY (3)            The presence of God makes a difference between a church and any other place. In God’s presence there is peace, deliverance, and fullness of Joy. In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God. No one can come to God’s presence and return empty handed.          Many a times when people come to church without experiencing a touch, it is because they do not come with expectations of receiving from God. Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
