Topic: David- A compassionate king
Text: 2 Samuel 21: 10-14
Golden text: after that God answered prayer on behalf of the land.2 Samuel 21 :14
 It was not God's will or plan that seven innocent men should be murdered, but God is a covenant keeping God. The story of the priest told yesterday, one of the seed of the priest who happened to be a pastor got the revelation of how his father had been killing innocent souls and God told him that he deserved to die too because his ancestors had wasted a lot of lives, when he heard this, he went on his knees and pleaded for mercies for several days and nights and God had compassion on him by preserving his life.
   Rizpah the concubine of Saul mourned the death of her sons in an uncommon way which made David to be compassionate, he acted fast, and gave Saul, and all his sons who were murdered a befitting burial and because of this act of compassion God answered the prayer of the nation.
Prayer: father in your mercies deliver me from every bondage that evil covenant has brought me into in Jesus name

TOPIC: THE LORD IS IN HIS SANCTUARY (3)            The presence of God makes a difference between a church and any other place. In God’s presence there is peace, deliverance, and fullness of Joy. In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God. No one can come to God’s presence and return empty handed.          Many a times when people come to church without experiencing a touch, it is because they do not come with expectations of receiving from God. Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
