Topic: Goliaths of life
Text: 1 Samuel 17:1-11
Golden text: A champion named Goliath, who was from Gath, came out of the Philistines, he was over nine feet tall.
   Goliaths are inevitable in the journeys of life. They are the things that terrifies us, make us loose hope, doubt God, loose hope, loose confidence, mock us, threaten us and put us in dismay.
  The description of Goliath in the Bible was enough to make one afraid, the appearance of Goliath enough made thousands of Israelites army shivered and dismayed. Goliath was a champion who had never lost , a warrior from his birth and a skillful fighter. This was the personality of Goliath , a man that dreaded a whole nation of God's army. In your journey in life, prepare your mind to meet Goliaths, and be prepared to confront them when they appear in your life journey. Two decisions await you when Goliaths appear in your life journey,  (1)you run away, (2)  you confront it.  Each of the decision come with consequences, if you run away, you will continue to live in fear, terror, dismay and anytime you want to do something great, he will always appear knowing that you will run away when you sight him. If you confront your Goliath, you will live in freedom and no one to oppress, suppress or stop you from achieving great things.
Prayer: Lord when Goliath appear in my life journeys, help me to confront and not run away in Jesus name

The LORD is in his sanctuary (3)

TOPIC: THE LORD IS IN HIS SANCTUARY (3)            The presence of God makes a difference between a church and any other place. In God’s presence there is peace, deliverance, and fullness of Joy. In the old Testament, men of faith often raise up an altar to symbolize his presence and praise him there. The church is the modern day temple where there are altars set up to meet God. No one can come to God’s presence and return empty handed.          Many a times when people come to church without experiencing a touch, it is because they do not come with expectations of receiving from God. Your vision will speak

 DAILY INSIGHT WITH GOD SATURDAY 4TH JANUARY, 2025 TEXT: Habakkuk 2:3 [3]For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. TOPIC: YOUR VISION WILL SPEAK          Vision is time bound. Writing down of vision, planning, setting out to fulfill the goals are all processes that are necessary before vision can become a reality.        Your vision will definitely speak, if only you can wait for it. Great things do not usually happen suddenly. There is a moment to plant, watered and patiently wait for it to germinate. The bigger the vision, the bigger the time it would take to become a reality. Do not give up on your vision , it will speak at the appropriate time. Prayer: Father help me to patiently wait for me vision to become a reality in Jesus name.
